Welcome to Grooic! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our website (https://grooic.com) and purchasing our templates, custom services, and CRO solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services & Products
Grooic provides the following:
Landing Page Templates (Framer, Unbounce, Webflow, HTML, and more)
Template Customization Services
Custom Landing Page Design & Development
CRO & UX Testing Services
2. Payment Terms
All services and templates require 50% upfront payment before project initiation.
The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the Figma design for custom services.
Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or PayPal.
3. Usage Restrictions
Purchased templates can be used for unlimited projects, including personal and client work.
Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our templates in any form is strictly prohibited.
You are allowed to modify and customize templates freely for your projects.
4. Violation of Terms
If a user is found violating these Terms, Grooic reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
Take legal action if necessary.
5. Dispute Resolution
We follow general U.S. and Bangladesh laws for dispute resolution. If an issue arises, we encourage clients to contact us first to seek a mutual resolution before pursuing legal steps.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
