At Grooic, we are committed to delivering high-quality landing page templates and services. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Refunds on Templates
❌ No refunds are provided for template purchases. Since templates are digital products, all sales are final.
2. Refunds on Custom Services
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the client terminates the project, they will not be required to pay the remaining 50%, but the initial deposit will not be refunded.
3. Special Refund Requests
In rare cases, if a refund exception is considered, clients must contact us with a detailed explanation. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable under special cases) will be processed within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.
