Webflow Template Developer

Grooic is seeking a skilled Webflow Template Developer to create high quality, responsive templates for the Webflow marketplace. You will convert Figma designs into fully functional Webflow templates optimized for performance, usability, and marketplace publishing.

We regularly publish new templates, and you will be expected to deliver approximately 6 to 8 templates per month, with each template including 4 to 8 responsive pages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, fully functional Webflow templates from provided Figma designs

• Ensure all templates meet Webflow Marketplace guidelines and best practices

• Test extensively across devices and browsers to ensure performance and responsiveness

• Optimize templates for performance, accessibility, and usability

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and design accuracy

• Provide documentation and setup instructions for each template when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and publishing templates on the Webflow marketplace or similar platforms

• Strong proficiency in Webflow, including interactions, animations, CMS, and responsive design

• Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds

• Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem solving

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience publishing in the Webflow Template Marketplace

• Knowledge of CRO and high converting landing page principles

• Experience with Lottie, SVG, or lightweight custom code when needed

Contract and Payment Details:
