Project Manager (Web Design & Development)

Grooic is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead and coordinate our landing page and web design projects across platforms like Framer, Webflow, Unbounce, and Figma. You’ll oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and keeping everything on track.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in creative project management who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments and takes full ownership of timelines, task management, and output quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of web and landing page projects

• Coordinate between design (Figma) and development (Framer, Webflow, Unbounce) teams

• Maintain project timelines, task assignments, and internal communication

• Review and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet design, UX, and performance standards

• Facilitate clear, consistent communication across the team

• Run weekly check-ins and ensure regular async updates

• Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks

• Keep documentation and project tracking organized using ClickUp

Requirements:

• Must be based in Bangladesh

• 2+ years experience in digital project management or creative operations

• Strong understanding of landing page design and development workflows

• Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, Unbounce, and Figma

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

• Experience working with remote teams

• Highly detail-oriented and proactive

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in AI tools and prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Gemini, and others)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SaaS, landing page agencies, or product design teams

• Understanding of CRO, conversion funnels, or paid ad campaigns

• Familiar with Slack, Loom, Notion, ClickUp

• Background in QA or UX testing

• Interest or background in using AI to improve workflows, task automation, or client communication

Contract and Payment Details:

• Monthly salary: Up to 50,000 BDT (based on experience)

• Initial 6-month contract

• 2-week trial period: If not a fit, the contract will be terminated with fair compensation for time worked
